Standard Twist Drill Bit Capacity (with Free Chuck): Up to 1" with step drilling. Generally customers use smaller than 7/16" standard twist drills bits with this machine. Review Posted by Mad-Gunner on 20th Jun 2023:

"The Blue Rock BRM-35 is a competitor to the Evolution EVOMAG42, Evolution S28MAG, and similar 10-Amp drills that support less-than-2-inch wide x 2-inch deep cutting bits. Blue Rock is arguably equal or more in comparison to Evolution but at a much better price. The BRM-35 is a solid piece of equipment while still being easily portable at less than 30 pounds, and the included chuck for regular bits is much appreciated.

The Blue Rock models BRM-60 and TYP-75 are capable of more than 2-inch wide cutting, 15-Amp, two-speed and reversible. If you're looking to get into heavy duty hole cutting, albeit less easily portable (50+ pounds), the BRM-60 is a great deal.

For those that want to compare Blue Rock drills to the benchmark brand, the BRM-35 sits just under the DeWalt DWE1622K, at half the cost, while the BRM-60 punches above the DeWalt and costs a Benjamin more.

Photos included for what you get in this bundle: BRM-35 with 3/4" Weldon Shank and regular drill bit chuck, plus a six-piece set of 1" deep annular cutters. This is the BRM-35A-B which is blue/black in color. The BRM-35A is the same drill, but orange in color.

Note - the Blue Rock cutters come with one pilot pin. Evolution sells a remarkably similar set, but each cutter has its own pilot pin. The Evolution set costs a few dollars more than Blue Rock, and is justified in the mark-up by including the extra pins (you really only need one, but having many is convenient)."
