The decat downpipes turns the C63 S AMG into a beast. Next to the downpipes, it has the AMG Performance exhaust and the Renntech EVM to keep the valves open at all times. Since the performance exhaust doesn't have any mufflers or resonators (besides the end muffler), it's basically a straight pipe with the valves open.
