In this episode, Tom builds a He-Shed for his eBay home office. We removed the old hot tub and pergola in the backyard and built an octagonal workspace in its place! This shed is completely insulated and finished in order to become Tom's reselling workspace.

The total cost for materials was approximately $3500 dollars to do the work ourselves. Below is the list of materials and tools used.
