Here is the list of all the superhero movies released in 2022. If we combine all Superhero movies from DC, Marvel, and Sony, there will be a total of 10 movies releasing this year.
This year both DC and Marvel will be releasing 4 movies each, while Sony joining in with 2 films from the individual production houses. While most of the movies will be sequels to previous Superhits, other movies will introduce totally new characters like Morbius and Black Adam. The audience will also get to see stories of Spiderverse and Super pets in 2 animated movie forms.
"As the first superhero movie of the year 2022, we'll get to see a brand new Upgraded Batman in the form of Robert Pattinson.

This movie is going to take Batman's story forward from comics but basically, introduce us to Batman's very early life, when he just turned into the vigilante Batman, hence we will get to see a young Batman's story arc. Of other main characters we'll see James Gordon, who plays the role of Gotham City police commissioner and Batwoman.

Riddler will be introduced as the main Villian. Riddler is a character from Detective Comics with a specialty that, after conducting his crimes, he loves to leave clues and riddles, to taunt the detectives to find him by solving the riddles. This means, just like the previous villain of batman, this is just another psycho villain.
All the previous movies had their focus on the gadgets and weapons possessed by Batman, but in this movie, the main focus will be on his smartness and intelligence, as we see him solving riddles and almost performing detective jobs.

Dark theme and action have been the USP of DC movies hence we can expect the same in this movie too.

The Batman will be released as the first superhero movie of this year on 4th March 2022."

"As the last superhero movie of the year, we'll get DCEU's most earning movie Aquaman's sequel, Aquaman & the lost kingdom.

The movie's plot will follow Jason Momoa's Arthur Curry journey, who will be leading his life ahead as the king of Atlantis. A lot of characters from the last movie like Mera, Dr. Stephen Shin & Vulko will also play their respective roles.

Orm will be returning as the main villain, who will be assisted by Black Manta - the arch-enemy of Aquaman in the Detective Comics.

Aquaman & the lost kingdom will release on 16th December this year."
