I've had this running a few weeks now. A few follow-ups to the video:

1. Auto automatically monitors and maintains air quality by adjusting the fan (and in turn, the purifier) based on air quality. Nothing to do with temperature.
2. Don't buy this fan if cooling is your priority. It's not a great fan but it does seem to do a good job of clearing the air of pollutants.
3. Although the app is great and the remote is nice enough it's a shame there are no buttons on the actual device to quickly control fan speed.
4. From what I can tell, Night Mode just dims the display. It doesn't affect fan speed/noise.

Should you buy it? Do you mind spending £500 on a purifier with an average cooling fan that looks great? If so, yes. If you are after something great at cooling look at Meaco fans.
