The family of a man who died suddenly at his Vancouver apartment is fighting for access to his suite. They flew here from Ottawa after a call from the property management company to empty the man's apartment. But they went home empty-handed after the company refused them access because the deceased didn't have a will that outlined the administrator of his estate.
