FULL LIST OF INGREDIENTS:

Serves: 1 Prep Time: 5 Mins Cook Time: 20-30 Mins
OVEN TEMP: 250DF NUWAVE TEMP: 220DF | 700 WATTS| AIR FRY

- 1 Boneless Ribeye (1-1.5 Inches | Patted Dry)
- 1 Tbsp Avocado Oil
- 1 Capful Dale's Steak Seasoning (Optional)
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1/4 Black Pepper
- 1/4 Tsp Onion Powder

CHIMICHURRI:
- 1/2 Cup Finely Chopped Parsley
- 1 Minced Garlic Clove
- 1/2 Small Shallot, Finely Diced (Optional)
- 1/2 Tsp Smoked Paprika (Optional)
- 2 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar or White Wine Vinegar
- 1/2 Tsp Crushed Red Pepper
- Salt + Pepper to Taste
- 1/2 to 1 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

OVEN METHOD:
1. Season the steaks as demonstrated in the video. Place your steak in the center of a wire rack. If you do not have one, a small pan will work. If using a thermometer, place the probe into the center of the meat and monitor as needed. If yours is NOT wireless, check your temperature afterward.

2. Bake at 250DF in the center of the oven, until your desired temperature is met or for about 25-30 minutes for a Medium-Medium Well cook. Remove when finished, and set aside. *** AN AIR FRYER can also be used on the same setting as the Nuwave oven!)

3. Over medium heat, add a tbsp of avocado oil into a hot skillet, and sear the steaks for 1-3 minutes per side depending upon your desired doneness. Don't forget to sear the fatty edge.

4. Add butter, garlic, and fresh herbs after the first flip and baste the steak for additional flavor. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside to rest.

5. Resting is not necessarily required for a reverse sear, but it never hurts to allow it to do so. If you decide to rest it, cover it in foil for 5-10 minutes before cutting and serving, and ENJOY!
