The second round of heavy snow squalls on March 20, 2024 swept through in the late afternoon and early evening. Some places had strong winds and thunder snow. In St. Albans, Vermont, the snow started off slow, then became a quick thump of big fat flakes. Then a gorgeous surprise when the snow stopped.
