Pierogi are super easy to make and freeze really well. Make them once and enjoy many times. Top the pierogi with bacon, onions and sour cream and you can be sure that people will asking for seconds!

Dough:
4 cups (500g) flour
1/2 cup (120ml) hot water
1/2 cup (120ml) milk
4 Tbsp butter
1/2 tsp salt

Filling:
1.1 lb (500g) potato
1 lb (460g) twarog (Quark or farmer's cheese)
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 Tbsp Ghee
1 medium onion (~150g)
