Part of my dual battery setup, this video shows how I ran wires from the engine bay into the cab of my 5th Gen 4Runner. This is for interior accessories that will be powered by my second battery when I finally get that installed.

I mainly ran this setup to power my fridge when I go on road trips, but I also wanted some always on USB ports for charging and the ability to add more accessories down the line if I wanted to.
