CANADIAN RESIDENTIAL REITs - iip-un.to, car-un.to, mi-un.to, and kmp-un.to stock

Wondering what REITs to buy in 2021? It's been a while since I did a video on REITs. In this one I am going to compare Killam, CAP (canadian residential properties,) InterRent and Minto REITs. They are all Canadian but have different geographical mixes and are different sizes. I'll do a brief intro to each REIT then put them in my fancy shmancy spreadsheet and run through the numbers.

REIT investing is an easy way for anyone to get into real estate and collect monthly "rent" without the hassle of being a landlord. REITs have been affected by the current illness for sure but are slowly recovering and this could be a good time to pick some up at a discount!
