Shows my new bed & mattress setup for sleeping in my 2017 Honda CRV. I built a shelf in the cargo area of the SUV which I use for stowing my stuff, gear, luggage, etc., to get everything off my bed at night for sleeping. The shelf, which is a game changer, creates extra space for all my stuff, which makes sleeping in an SUV, car, or other vehicle so much easier. It shows the best use of space when sleeping in an SUV or car. I also show a new way to support the bed and mattress, which is very easy and is no-build, and is adjustable and not permanent. The mattress is too long for the cargo area, and so this video shows a way to use plywood to support the front of the mattress.

My new arrangement and configuration of the bed and mattress for sleeping and camping in my SUV (Honda CR-V) creates more space for my stuff, as well as a more comfortable car/SUV camping experience. The shelf provides a place to put my stuff, such as my gear, blankets, luggage, food, etc. I can now sit in one of the back seats, which provides a more comfortable space for living and relaxing.

The video shows how to sleep in an SUV with an easy no-build SUV/car camper conversion, which provides a more comfortable car/SUV camping setup. These ideas can be used to turn any SUV, car, truck, van, or other vehicle into a camper with no permanent modifications, namely, to be a converted SUV car camper. My new camping setup and configuration facilitates a no build SUV camper for stealth camping, boondocking, overlanding, dry camping, dispersed camping, etc.

The no build camping setup and hacks and tricks described in this video turn my SUV into a small, mini, pseudo, makeshift RV or van. This SUV camping setup can be used for vanlife or RV life in an SUV and is an easy no build car camping setup configuration and arrangement. These DIY hacks and tricks can make sleeping in a car, SUV, truck, van, or other vehicle much easier, more comfortable, inexpensive, and cheap.
