Stephen Wagner is the P&Z Commissioner for South Windsor. He led the effort to get approval for a new text amendment that includes both incentives and requirements to expand access to charging for EV owners. This addresses, in particular, residents who do not have access due to living in a multi-unit dwelling or who may not have a garage or even off-street parking.
