The clock is ticking for thousands of unvaccinated NHS staff, who face losing their jobs at the start of April when laws on mandatory jabs for healthcare workers come into force. It's estimated there are more than 100,000 NHS staff who are currently unvaccinated - making up as many as one in five in some trusts. Amongst those are Dr Kate Goodman and Midwife Erika Thompson - who, despite the new regulations, are standing by their refusal of the vaccine. They’ll be joining us alongside Dr Philippa, who believes all healthcare workers have a moral duty to get jabbed.
