As Chow Tai Fook Jewellery Group marks its 95th anniversary, the Post spoke with company vice-chairman Sonia Cheng about the Hong Kong brand’s first-ever business transformation. Cheng, who is also the executive director of New World Development, offered a look at the firm’s latest jewellery collection as she discussed her ambitions including a goal to bring the group into the Asean market and beyond. Cheng spoke about how she divides up work running the operation with her cousin and fellow vice-chairman Conroy Cheng, and about her views regarding gender diversity in executive leadership.
