The Environmental Working group has just published its latest list of fruits and vegetables that experts have determined contain elevated levels of pesticide to create their Dirty Dozen List and Clean Fifteen for 2021. The findings have thrown up some concerning results for kale and spinach and a few other very popular fruits and vegetables. So should we now avoid conventional kale and spinach?
