A tragic incident occurred at AIIMS in New Delhi on Tuesday, where a 21-year-old woman reportedly died by suicide in her hostel room. The police were alerted by a member of the hostel staff who found the woman hanging from the ceiling fan around 11.30 am. During the investigation, a suicide note was discovered, revealing that the woman was experiencing depression related to her nursing studies and preparations for the Bihar Public Service Commission exam. The victim was a second-year BSc student, and her family, residing in Bihar, has been informed about the heartbreaking incident. Currently, authorities are conducting further investigations to understand the circumstances leading to the young woman's untimely death.
