Jr. ADU Garage Conversion in Los Angeles County Ep 2
We did not pass inspection :(

I will walk you through the items that need to be changed before we get approval to move forward. The items here:
1. Shear wall missing in the front
2. Bedroom window need to clear minimum height from the floor
3. Shower pan needs to be minimum 30 inches wide
4. Sewer pipes need to be 2 inch diameter
5. Entrance window needs to be tempered glass
6. Kitchen exhaust fan and dryer duct needs to exit through the roof

We will be working on all the corrections and calling the City back in a week to reinspect. Fingers crossed
