We took our camera along to experience maple syrup production somewhere other than our own place! We recently got to spend some time at our friend's Brian and Katrina's homestead where we were able to help them with their final boil of the maple syrup season! We were in awe of the beautiful sugar shack that they worked their behind's off building last year as well as we shared some "sap secrets" of the trade and all learned some new things. Hopefully by next year we can have half the sugar shack that they have! Thanks for letting us join and "capture the moments".
