In 2003, Henry Mintzberg and Jonathan Gosling wrote a ground-breaking article in the Harvard Business Review: “The Five Minds of Manager”. They identified (based on observation) five managerial mindsets that help executives succeed in a global context: Reflective, Analytical, Worldly, Collaborative, and Action.
