We started the road-trip after a busy race season in sunny Finale Ligure and stopped off in Verbier, Jura, Freiburg, Roan-l'Etape, Remouchamps (for Liam), Forest of Dean, Llangollen, Innerleithen and finally home to Fort William in the Highlands of Scotland where we really did arrive in the soggy land of Slop.
