The weather is getting hot here these days.
I can't believe that half of 2023 has already passed. Time seems to go by so fast.

Today, I prepared a meal prep video that a subscriber requested a long time ago.
It can be a hassle to prepare all ingredients for a meal prep, but once it is ready, it becomes easier for a week or even 10 days.

In fact, I prefer a meal prep that only prepares the ingredients to prepping a week lunch boxes.
It's because you can eat it fresher for a long time, and you can change it to a menu that you don't get tired of and cook in a variety of ways.

However, for busy workers, working mothers, self-employed students, etc., I’ll show you how to make healthy prepped lunches meals based on the prepared ingredients.
I also prepared some dishes using leftover salad and vegetables, so please enjoy watching until the end.

🥦 MEAL PREP TIPS 🥦

⭕️ Wash prepared vegetables, remove moisture, and store in an airtight container.
⭕️ Pick out the wilted leafy vegetables.
⭕️ When cutting and storing vegetables, cut them in two different ways.
⭕️ If possible, put leafy vegetables that are easy to soften on top.
⭕️ Sprinkle dressing before eating. (I think it's okay to put it on the bottom when storing in a jar.)

✔︎Cucumber (sliced, cubed)
✔︎ Paprika (julienne sliced, chopped)

✔︎Chicken breast (seasoned and grilled)

✔︎ Egg (10 minutes hard-boiled)
✔︎Feta cheese (cut into cubes)

Peanut Butter 2 Tbsp
2 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp sesame oil
Sriracha 1 Tbsp
Dijon mustard 1/2 Tbsp
2 Tbsp water
1 Tbsp lemon juice
