The Low APM challenge is for Winter (who normally plays around 250 to 300 actions per minute) to climb the ranks starting with 50 APM in Bronze! The limit increases 10 per league (60 Silver, 70 Gold, 80 Platinum) and then is 100 to achieve Masters!
His punishment for failure is dirty esports money out of his own pocket, gifting free subscriptions to his twitch channel to live viewers.
