Homemade Tomato Pasta Sauce!

Pre-made tomato sauce had me in a trance until I discovered how easy and delicious homemade sauce is! Especially mine!

I've provided ingredients below with approx measurements, yet please season as you like!! Taste your sauce along the way!

Remember this sauce is great way to sneak in extra vegetables for kids.

Ingredients:
Large can of peeled tomatoes
Onion (approx 1/2) chopped
3 Cloves of Garlic
Fresh Basil 4-6 leaves (dried will work, yet fresh is best)
1/2 TBSP Olive Oil
1/2 TBSP White Wine Vinegar (you may want a pinch more)
1/2 TBSP of Italian Seasoning (use more if needed)
2 tsp of garlic powder
1/2 tsp of cayenne pepper (or less)
1/2 tsp salt (or as needed)
1 tsp of sugar ( or as needed)
/2 container of Pesto ( more or less depending on desire)
