In case you didn't know, I am Hispanic of Mexican decent. And I think I'm pretty picky when it comes to Mexican food, let alone picking out a restaurant. Majority of Mexicans out there say its their mom or grandmother that made the best food, so this was a challenging subject, hence why I took so long to create this video. For me, a good Mexican restaurant involves fresh food, and effort. No store bought tortillas please, or else I don't think it's a good restaurant. I want to show you the different styles of Mexican cuisine, from homestyle cooking, seafood, tacos, healthy food, and fish tacos.
