Radim Passer's statement on the Bugatti Chiron 417 issue.

Radim Passer has turned down all requests by the Czech and international media for statements, regarding the 417 km/h speed test, because of the ongoing investigation. Since the German Public Prosecutor's Office has recently closed the case, we are releasing Radim Passer's final statement on the whole matter.

In April 2022, a statement came from the State Prosecutor's Office in Stendal - Saxony-Anhalt and closed the investigation. A spokesman for the Prosecutor's Office in Stendal justified the decision by saying that there is no speed limit on that section of the highway and according to road traffic regulations you can only drive as fast as visibility allows it, weather conditions are adequate, and what the personal abilities of the vehicle and driver allow. He also stated that the video shows a very good traffic situation due to the chosen route, early time, and season. There is also no evidence of a dangerous driving style. The justification was published by some German media, from which this statement is quoted.
