What do the Dutch eat on King's Day (Koningsdag): tompouce!
But how do you eat a tompouce?

Even Dutch people can't agree on this. It's subject to debate and everybody has his/her own way of eating 'tompouce' (also spelled 'tompoes'); which is the Dutch version of the Napoleon cake.

A tompouce can be very tasty, but if you don't have a strategy on how to eat it, you might end up with a mess.
