Don’t let yourself be tied down by job titles, by departments or any labels like that. Know what you’re good at, what you want to be growing good at and just go for it” says Katharina, Head of Health & Safety Germany.

She started her career at HC 2016 as Trainee in the HR department. After that she worked in the Learning & Development team before she switched to the Health & Safety department, where she later took over the position as Head of Health & Safety Germany.

The main purpose of her work now is to keep everybody at HC in Germany safe by doing strategic work mainly in the office but also being out on site to really see where the work happens.
