Two shady ferry passengers are reported to the coastguard and the police. They appear to have leapt from the ferry into the freezing ocean a mile out to sea wearing wetsuits. The coastguard, with the help of a police chopper, hunt the mysterious men and find a potential link to organised smuggling.
