This is a big filling breakfast, that’s healthy moreish and full of plantbased protein and best enjoyed with friends and family.
This video shows the step by step for:
Seasoned beans
Tofu scramble
Garlic mushrooms
We also added toasted sourdough bread w/ sliced avocado, roasted tomato & vegan sausages.
What you'll need for the scrambled tofu:
225g firm tofu
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 onion
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp kala namak/black salt
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp cayenne or chilli powder (optional)
1 cup spinach (chopped)

1 red pepper, chopped
400g Baked beans
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tbsp oregano
black pepper & coriander to garnish
