Asana went public with an IPO in September 2020. This is a hot name in the remote team collaboration segment, and I take a look at some different scenarios that would need to take place to justify the current share price.


Some analysts, including Jim Cramer, believe the current stock price is too expensive relative to competition and margin pressure. Asana was founded by Dustin Maskovitz in 2008, and they have not generated positive net income in a full year since they opened up shop. Twelve years of losses is hard to look past.
