Twitter's latest 8-K filing was made that details the plans of their Shareholder Rights Plan in more detail. They will issue preferred shares, with an exercise price of $210 per 1/1000th of a share, making the market value price... $420 (for these preferred shares), not the common stock. These preferred shares

This plays along with the theme of 420 (Musk's offer was to take Twitter private at $54.20 per share, for the common shares.)
