Exercise is really beneficial if you have contracted Covid-19. Exercises to the limbs can facilitate the healing process by improving circulation, improving muscle strength, improving joint stiffness, whilst reducing the effects of post viral fatigue. This video features a basic exercise program that can be used for Covid-19 patients.

The exercise program in this video is ranked from easiest to most difficult depending on
your individual endurance levels. Please remember to work within your body's limits and not push yourself too much as this can create distress to your body
