Healthy & TASTY Meal Prep You Can Eat Cold (no microwave needed)

The Amounts I Used (Meal 1):
■ 650g pasta
■ 600g chicken
■ 100g sun-dried tomatoes
■ 170g mixed grilled peppers
■ 150g petit pois
■ 85g reduced fat pesto
■ 30ml extra virgin olive oil
■ 45g pine nuts

Meal 2:
■ 600g chicken
■ 300g quinoa (dry weight)
■ 300g avocado
■ 270g sweetcorn
■ 260g chickpeas
■ 10-15g honey for the sauce
