In this video, I make the staves out of 2x6 I bought from the big orange store.
I could not find nearly enough useable 8ft 2x6 boards in scrap form =[

I also begin the process of building the body of the barrel, and I'm pretty happy with the result. I hope to get the stainless steel straps soon, and remove a lot of the screws I used to hold the staves in place.
