Sophomore, record-breaking, Hannah Krueger is a very hard worker both in and out of the pool. In the pool she has made a huge impact on the girl’s swim team. Her teammates love how caring and humble she is. Her freshman year she broke a twenty-year old 2-6A district record in the 100 freestyle with a 52.31 (Beating the old record of 53.89). Two weeks after that she broke the team record recording a time of 51.31 (Team record was 52.11). She earned a Silver Medal at last year’s 1-6A Regional Championship which qualified her for the 6A State Championship. Then this year at Regionals she took home 2 Gold Medals and set 2 new city and school records. She is headed to the State this week for both events. Out of the pool she is just as successful and dedicated as an excellent student earning her a 4.0 GPA and now owns the title of Class 6A Greater Texas Ford Dealers – Female Athlete of the Month.
