In the modern era, no other engine has captured the spirit of the Hemi quite like the 392, but is it up to the task of taking on the legendary 426 street hemi? I would argue yes. In every measurable standard the 392 is equal to or better than its forefather but does that make it better? More special? I would argue it does, and not just a select few get to experience it first hand like in the past.
