A couple of weeks back we published about the EnelX's Juicebox chargers fall from grace. Having once been a highly recommended charger, the app update left many consumers with broken, unusable chargers and unavailable features they'd paid for.

Many of you reached out to ask about what EVSEs we use, and how we choose chargers for ourselves. Kate shares what chargers she has at home, and what she recommends when it comes to selecting your home EVSE.
