When it comes to building regulations in the UK, you have a choice on which provider you choose. You have the option of the Local Authority Building Control otherwise known as LABC or the option of a private inspector otherwise known as an Approved Inspector or AI. I give you three Pros and Cons for each so you can make your own mind up. I always aim to give you the information you want as clearly and concisely as possible because your time is valuable!
