The Mid Hants Railway held their autumn steam gala for 2023 over the 6th - 8th October, with a small engines theme featuring a roster consisting solely of tanks engines from home and away. Without a doubt, the star guest over the weekend was the gutsy little 'Terrier', no.672 'Fenchurch', visiting courtesy of the Bluebell Railway.
In this video, we see the William Stroudley designed engine at a few locations as it raises the echoes up the 1 in 80 and 1 in 60 gradients over 'The Alps', with a two train and a short freight.
