I was always excited to jam on the gandingan back in college. I love its awesome addition to all the rhythmic frenzy of the palabunibunyan especially to a binalig piece. Unfortunately, no one just happens to have an entire gandingan set lying at home. So I tried to tweak some midi gong sounds and this is the closest I could get... I'm only partially satisfied 😅 ring me up if you have tips on making a more realistic gandingan sound digitally. Perhaps we should start sampling Philippine gongs?
