We have travelled all over India and have enjoyed many wonderful sites, yet, there is one thing we have seen almost everywhere... the throwing of litter, garbage, trash. Outside religious sites, monuments, forests, rivers, lakes... I find it both angering and saddening that people care so little. There are many excuses why... the fact remains... people don't care do mind their crap. So, why did the cow eat the dress... because someone threw the dress away... along with plastic bags, cardboard boxes, etc.
