The Waco Bend Ranch is an iconic ranch on the Waco Bend of the Brazos River. The ranch was the headquarters of Corliss and Louis Baldwin's cutting horse breeding operation. Although the ranch is known for its horses, the ranch's location, recreational opportunities, and natural beauty are unmatched. The main entrance to the ranch is at the end of a well-maintained County Road only 1:30 minutes from DFW international airport and 15 minutes from Graham, Texas. The Waco Bend of the Brazos River was named after the Waco division of the Wichita people. This bend is the last bend before the confluence with Rock Creek at the north end of Possum Kingdom Lake and has over 6 miles of water frontage. The ranch is just downstream from the 1854 Brazos Reservation and Fort Belknap in the heart of the western frontier of yesterday.

Wild game is abundant and the ranch is an oasis for all manner of wildlife and game animals. There has been practically no hunting pressure on the Whitetail Deer and Rio Grande Turkey that call the ranch home. Wild pigs are actively managed and have been kept at bay. There are miles and miles of scenic trails across the ranch and along the private shoreline. You will find the heart of the horse operation strategically set in a location that leaves most of the ranch undisturbed but is still very convenient and private from the ranch entrance and the owner's lodge.
