It’s the 2023 Nissan X-Trail review aka internationally as the Nissan Rogue. In this video, Jenny reviews Nissan’s 4th generation of the X-Trail. It sits in a category with some very popular rival SUVs like the Toyota Rav 4, Hyundai Tucson, Mazda CX-5, and Kia Sportage.

The trim she has is not the cheapest price or the most expensive but instead, it can be considered the affordable and safety-packed choice. The X-Trail ST-L.

For 2023 there are two engines to choose from a 1.5L turbo e-power option only available in the top Ti and Ti-L trims.

The one we reviewed was a 2.5L 4-cylinder petrol engine, it produces 135 kW of power and 244 nm of torque. Fuel consumption for the 2WD is listed at 7.4 L per 100km.

Current driveaway pricing for the new X-Trail starts at $40,444 for the ST trim. This ST-L trim is $47,076 driveaway and the top-of-the-range Ti-L trim starts at 57,360.

The X-Trail has been modernised enough to keep it competitive with its main rivals. It has that 2.5 Litre engine which feels odd in these times but there are others in the same category like the Subaru Forrester and Toyota Rav 4 which are also 2.5 litre offerings.
