Dr Lane S. Palmer, FACS, FSPU is Professor of Urology and Pediatrics at Zucker SOM and Chief of Pediatric Urology for the Northwell Health System and Pediatric Urology Fellowship Director. He is based at Cohen Children's Medical Center. Dr. Palmer graduated from Columbia College (BA) and the Albert Einstein College of Medicine (MD). He trained in urology at Montefiore Medical Center and then completed his pediatric urology fellowship at Children's memorial Medical Center (Lurie Children's) in Chicago. He has published extensively on various topics in the field and held the highest positions in several national organizations. He has trained 20 fellows and mentored 11 residents into careers in pediatric urology. He has twice been named Teacher-of-the Year.
