For single-family homes in San Mateo County, inventory is down 17%, but sales are up by 11% YoY.

Prices are holding steady with only a 1-5% decrease, and homes are flying off the market in just 25 days on average. 🏠💨

Condos and townhomes, on the other hand, are experiencing a slight slowdown with a 25% decrease in sales volume. 📉

Despite the winter slowdown, the market remains competitive. We recently sold a home in South San Francisco with 12 offers, selling significantly over asking! 🌟🏡
