The ITM North V South Fishing Challenge is a chance for New Zealand’s rugby stars to unwind after a busy year of professional Rugby. But these guys are competitive, resulting in some hard-out fishing, as the teams scrap for regional pride. Team North captained by Sam Cane, joins Matt on his Stabicraft, and Team South captained by Kieran Read, fish aboard New Zealand’s elite sportfishing boat, the 86 foot Ata Rangi. The weather is perfect and the fish are biting, which makes for good competition and good times, as the superstars of rugby have the time of their lives.
