I have never seen a yard with a PUBLIC NUISANCE NOTICE from the city until we passed by this yard one the way to big worms BBQ. This yard was completely out of control. It was TALL, THICK, and I got stuck a few times. The neighbor came by and told us something pretty spooky so stay tuned for that!!!
