In addition to the rising home prices and rising interest rates, now it seems home buyers are hit again with additional costs. With the new National Association of Realtors settlement requiring buyers to sign a buyer representation agreement prior to touring any homes/properties by July of 2024, it is more important than ever for buyers to interview several agents to make sure the agent they select is a great fit for their needs. Print out several copies of this questionnaire, take notes during your interviews, and ensure you have a seamless and wonderful transaction for your home/property purchase.
