Gabriel has been experiencing tightness in his hamstring for the past 8 years. He stated he always feels it and it is a nuisance in his life. He described his pain as an 8 out of 10 and has visible swelling and scar tissue. Additionally, he has extremely limited range of motion when asked to bring his heel to his glute, and whenever he contracts the muscle he has weakness and cramping.

Gabriel tried acupuncture and physical therapy but nothing helped. After one ASTR treatment, Gabriel said he felt so much better. When he stood up from the treatment table he was amazed that he didn’t feel any pain at all, he stated “ I feel like I could go run a mile”. Additionally, his range of motion drastically improved!
